Dr. Megan Vosters - Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Doctorate

Dr. Reta Singh is a clinical psychologist who enjoys working with toddlers, children, teens, and families. She has a particular expertise in children with behavioral challenges and neurodiversity. Dr. Singh has focused the last five years of her career working as a pediatric diagnostician; evaluating children for potential developmental disabilities such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention/deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), language disorders, and learning disorders. Her hope is to continue to promote mental health awareness and family advocacy, eliminate barriers that delay the evaluation process and prioritize accessibility to high-quality integrative early intervention services and family support.

Dr. Singh completed her education in the greater Bay Area of California. She moved to Houston, Texas after she met her husband. When not providing diagnostic services, you can find Dr. Singh adjusting to the Texas heat, spending time with her family, exploring dog parks with her maltipoo, cooking, and traveling.

Mr. Neal Jajoo completed his degree in biology and premedicine and graduated from the University of Houston. His knack for making connections and innovation led him to work as a project manager for over a decade in global technology companies, honing his expertise in big data. In July of 2016, Mr. Jajoo’s career path took an unexpected turn. He made a daring transition to manage and operate an early childhood education center. This pivotal decision, inspired change and would open his eyes to missing link when it came to providing support and care to children with challenging behaviors and developmental needs, particularly those with autism in an academic setting.

In his free time Mr. Jajoo enjoys travel, cooking, playing golf, walking his dog, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Megan Vosters, PhD, BCBA-D, is a doctoral-level behavior analyst specializing in clinical leadership, applied research, and workforce development within Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She is dedicated to advancing evidence-based practices and improving outcomes for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

She earned her Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where her research contributed to the understanding of complex verbal behavior and instructional control. Her work has received national recognition, has been presented at professional conferences, and published in the field’s flagship journal. She also holds a Master of Science in Experimental Psychology with an emphasis in ABA and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, both earned magna cum laude.

Dr. Vosters has extensive experience across clinical and academic settings, including teaching undergraduate and graduate coursework in behavior analysis and supervising graduate students, BCBAs, and Registered Behavior Technicians. Her clinical expertise includes early intervention, the assessment and treatment of severe behavior disorders, diagnostic evaluations, and interdisciplinary collaboration. She has worked in hospital-based settings, including Texas Children’s Hospital, where she managed a grant-funded autism clinic and coordinated care with developmental pediatricians, psychiatrists, and social workers.

Across her work, Dr. Vosters is committed to bridging the gap between research and practice, mentoring clinicians, and building sustainable systems that promote high-quality, outcomes-focused care. In her free time, she enjoys trying new foods, downhill skiing, reading, and spending time with her husband and two children.
